The Gray’s Residential 100 Club means that there are a maximum of 100 properties in any managed portfolio. As well as our fully managed platform, we also provide tenant find and rent collect services.

Viewings

Although we are an online estate agent that doesn’t mean that we are hands off with viewings. All our viewings are accompanied so that we can properly showcase your property. After each viewing, our team provide an update for you.

Gray’s Residential are members of Safeagent and The Property Ombudsman. We comply with the regulations of both bodies giving you peace of mind.

Premium Marketing

We will invest significant time and energy getting your property in front of the right customers so that you can achieve a strong income from your property from a carefully vetted tenant. Our marketing solutions include listings on ? major property portals, email blasts to our extensive database and a cutting edge digital marketing solution

Tenant Qualification

The team at Gray’s residential will fully qualify tenants for each property including undertaking Right to Rent checks, verification of tenant identity and eternal reference checks via Rightmove referencing.

Renewals and Remarketing

As part of our service, we will negotiate rent increases with tenants, undertake contract renewals and if needed, remarket your property to secure new tenants.

Contracts

We will take care of all contracts between you and the tenant and ensure that they are up to date with all current industry regulations. All you have to do is sign when ready!
