Our Service
Viewings
At Gray’s Residential, we aim to help you schedule viewings to fit in with your lifestyle. That means that we work to arrange viewings outside of our usual working hours where necessary.
Right to Rent Checks
When you rent a home in the UK, we have to check that you’re eligible. We undertake Right to Rent checks for all our tenants.
Contracts
Once you’ve chosen your perfect property we will finalise the contracts so that you can get signed up and moved in.
Repairs & Maintenance
Sometimes things just stop working or are even accidentally broken. As part of our service for tenants under our full management instruction, we will arrange and facilitate any necessary repairs and maintenance.
Deposit Protection
We are signed up to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, which means that your deposit is insured and protected. To find out more visit the TDS website.
Check In and Inventory
Out of Hours
Our team are available to tenants 24-7 for emergencies to give you the peace of mind that should something happen with your property that needs immediate attention, we’re on hand to have it taken care of. In the event of an emergency please call
Please note that an emergency is classed as a fire, flood, gas leak, electrical failure, or boiler break down. If your issue is not classed as an “emergency” you should wait until office hours to report the issue.
Any false or non-emergency call outs are subject to a call out fee.
